Short and clear: what we keep when you contact us, for what purpose, for how long, and what your rights are.
When you submit the contact form: your name, email, company (if you provide it), project category, and your message. Nothing else.
When you visit the site: standard server logs at our host (IP, browser, timestamp). We do not link them to you and we do not share them.
We reply to you. We may keep short notes about the conversation so that you do not have to re-explain things on the next email.
We do not hand it to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
No tracking cookies. No analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixels, etc.). If anything of the sort is ever added, we will ask for your consent first.
Active client correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and up to 12 months afterwards for historical reference.
Inquiries that did not turn into a project: up to 6 months, after which they are deleted.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, port it, and object.

If something changes, we update the date at the top of the page. For meaningful changes, we will notify directly anyone who has been in touch with us.
